I really enjoy the challenge and camaraderie of working in a professional kitchen. The Culinary industry offers many challenges, but it also allows you to be creative, and it can be a lot of fun!

Making people happy is truly a great thing... to see their smiling faces after a job well done is a very exciting experience!

What a job!

With an A.A. Degree in from The Culinary Institute of America, I have cooked for Dignitaries, including Ex U. S. Presidents, Actors, and Sports Personalities. This is a picture of The National University Board of Trustees Dinner, with there Chancellor, Dr. Jerry Lee in the back.

Career Highlights:

Graduating The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

Cooking at The James Beard House Twice.
 
Cooking for Celebrities like Dennis Hopper, and San Diego Padres star pitcher, Trevor Hoffman.
 
Being able to do guest chef events like The Taste of the N.F.L, and working with the U.C. Davis School of Viticulture.

Being able to do off premise caterings and special events.
