I really enjoy the challenge and camaraderie of working in a professional kitchen. The Culinary industry offers many
challenges, but it also allows you to be creative, and it can be a lot of fun!
Making people happy is truly a great thing... to see their smiling faces after a job well done is a very exciting
experience!

Being able to do guest chef events like The Taste of the N.F.L, and working with the U.C. Davis
School of Viticulture.
Being able to do off premise caterings and special events.
